On October 15, 2020, current and former employees (“Plaintiffs”) of Credible Behavioral Health Software, Inc. (“Credible”) filed a Complaint (Case No.: 8:20-cv-02986-PJM, U.S. District Court for the District of Maryland) against their former employer, alleging violations of the Fair Labor Standard Act (“FLSA”). Plaintiffs are represented by the Law Offices of Peter T. Nicholl. Plaintiffs filed their Complaint on behalf of themselves and all other Partner Services Coordinators who work or worked for Credible at any point within the last three (3) years.
The Complaint alleges that Plaintiffs and other Partner Services Coordinators were not properly compensated for their overtime hours worked. It is alleged that Credible improperly misclassified all of its Partner Services Coordinators as exempt salaried employees, despite the fact they did not satisfy any of the exemptions under the FLSA. Plaintiffs are seeking to recover unpaid overtime wages for each week that they and other Partner Services Coordinators worked over forty (40) hours. Plaintiffs also seek to recover liquidated (double) damages and other statutorily-permitted relief.
If you work or worked as a salaried Partner Services Coordinator at any point between October 2017 and the present and were not paid overtime wages, you may have a potential claim. To learn more about this case, please contact us.
